| language | Language of voice message | possible languages: en (default), nl, fr or de | Optional |
| gender | Gender of the voice | possible genders: 'Female' (default), 'Male' | Optional |
| test | true/false | The system will check all parameters but will not send an VOICE message (no funds used). | Optional |
