Solution: custom tool for automated SMS notifications

Smstools developed a tailor made tool that directly converted an existing CSV file from Total Safety’s scheduling software into personalized SMS mailings. As a result, each temporary worker automatically received the correct information such as date, role, start and end time, and any additional notes on their mobile phone via SMS.
